Mr. Collins is a Certified Safety Professional (#14429) and holds a B.A. from the University of Southwestern Louisiana. He continues his education by completing numerous industry focused workshops and training courses.

Mr. Collins is knowledgeable with Process Safety Management (PSM) compliance requirements and can professionally assist in this area. He is also knowledgeable with OSHA, EPA, DOT, BSEE, USCG, and state regulations, specializing in the oil and gas industry, petro-chemicals, construction, manufacturing, maritime, governmental safety and environmental needs.

Jennifer Broussard

Office Manager / Drug & Alcohol Coordinator


Very experienced in scheduling trainees for classes, as well as assisting companies with IWTP grant administration and application process. Jennifer is trained in administrating substance abuse programs and a certified drug screen collector and breath alcohol technician.

TRS can set up your company’s drug and alcohol program beginning with the establishment of your Anti-Drug Plan and Alcohol Misuse Prevention Plan.  TRS can also maintain your employee drug pool lists, create the quarterly random lists, fill out quarterly auditor statistics and provide auditors with Covered Employee lists.  She can also assist you with any questions the auditors may have concerning your drug and alcohol program. She has successfully worked with such auditors as NCMS, Compliance Specialists Inc. and Veriforce. TRS is an approved DISA collection site.

Chris Collins

Certified Occupational Safety Specialist


Professional Summary: Field experienced in workover, production, drilling and the delivery of safety training (started 2002). Actual offshore field experience allows him to present the course material in a fashion easily understood by field personnel. He has experience and knowledge in BSEE and OSHA compliance as well as safety program development and implementation to assist students with the details needed to perform their jobs in a competent and safe manner. He is a Certified Occupational Safety Specialist (COSS) and has attended numerous courses to advance his skills and abilities in training and consulting.
